Dr. Pitchai’s Ayurveda Speciality Centre

At Dr. Pitchai’s Ayurveda Speciality Centre, we value your trust and strive to provide the best healthcare and wellness services. Our Refund Policy has been designed to ensure transparency and fairness in all transactions.

1. Consultation & Treatment Services

  • Medical consultations and treatments once delivered are non-refundable, as they involve the time, expertise, and resources of our doctors and staff.

  • If you are unable to attend a booked consultation, you may reschedule the appointment with prior notice (at least 24 hours in advance).

2. Ayurveda Medicines & Products

  • Medicines and wellness products once sold are non-returnable and non-refundable due to safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons.

  • In case of damaged, expired, or incorrect product delivery, we will offer a replacement or full refund, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (invoice and product images).

3. Wellness Packages / Therapy Sessions

  • Payments made for wellness therapy packages (e.g., Panchakarma, massage therapies, detox programs) are non-refundable once sessions have started.

  • If you wish to discontinue a package before commencement, you may request a refund, subject to 10% administrative charges.

  • Unused sessions in a package may be rescheduled but are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Online Services only if:

    • A duplicate payment was made.

    • Services have not yet been initiated.

  • Once work has started, payments become non-refundable, as time and effort are already invested.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
